Greetings Vendors,

We would like to thank you for your interest in becoming a vetted vendor for Executive Association Management. Part of our process for accepting new vendors includes completing the vetting application which will protect our clients but also your company and employees as well.

Quality Assurance
As part of our quality assurance program, we personally interview each vendor to ensure they are a match for our clients. We take pride in providing our clients with qualified, responsive, and courteous vendors. In many instances we look for vendors who can provide 24 hour emergency service. Not having 24 hour service does not disqualify you and is mostly sought with certain type of industries such as roofers, landscapers, handymen, etc. If you are a general contractor and have a special niche you prefer, please let us know.

Education
While servicing our clients needs are paramount, we also like to go beyond the typical client-management-vendor arrangement and provide education to our clients. Our educational seminars are a great way for vendors to interact face to face with the Board of Directors as well as the owners in the association. We have discovered that many of the owners are quite satisfied to place a face to a name. In fact, our vendors feel a sense of satisfaction to connect. This is a great way to obtain new business. Proposals– Property Reports
One of the items we have found to be successful in our industry is good reporting. As the saying goes, “ a picture is worth a thousand words.” When our vendors inspect concerns, we have found an accompanied photo helps boards understand and see exactly what you see. This has been an invaluable tool in understanding the work needed and relating to the bids. Photos with proposals are strongly encouraged.
On some properties, reports are needed. Those reports you provide are added to the board meeting packet and often include proposals. We encourage property reports for such industries as landscaping, roofing, siding repairs, handyman maintenance, etc.
