Each owner has the ability to view their account history as well as easily make payments to their account on-line with pay-by-check, Visa, MasterCard, and even Discover Card. Payments can be one-time or can be debited on a monthly basis. Association documents are uploaded to the site and easily downloadable for Board Members as well as Owners. This comes in handy when owners need copies of association insurance for their mortgage holders or need to review such documents as minutes or governing documents. Work orders are also easily created on-line and received by the management who can update the tasks through the process of completion. The updates notify the initiator of the request via email.
